Let me get this straight. You’re worried about “DEI” initiatives at a time where the company announced global restructuring for roles that have been stripped from American workers and offshored to foreign countries? Is “DEI” really the concern here?
I imagine so, since dei isn’t important when the entire bank is 80% desi 🇮🇳
