Please for the love if you guys are going to lay people off in Go core services, please get it over with. I am sick and tired of logging in everyday wondering if today’s going to be the day I get placed on a cap for meeting a number that is unattainable. We are a human automated dialer, I am so burnt out over hearing the same thing over and over again. Numbers aren’t good, no cr-p they aren’t good because the reporting systems you are using don’t work half the time. DAA what a joke, I have to be moving my mouse during an on camera meeting so I don’t get idle…I am sorry what! That shouldn’t even count against me. I hope this company tanks, that they are fined by Medicare and contracts are pulled because they can’t keep their ish together. What the company was 6 years ago is not what it is now, we have gotten so far from being saved. I should have taken the vrsp and ran with it. People working at Walmart make more then I do and I’ve been with the company 10 years and have been a top performer. My current team I am not in the in circle so I don’t get 4s on my review even though I have exceeding all map goals. Make it make sense!
