Why are you working like a dog for 12 hours? I used to be a committed employee, but since forced 9-hour days and Sapience tracking, I gave that up. Fiserv will not get 1 second over my 9-hour requirement. Multi-tasking is a thing of the past for me. I don't get double Sapience credit for doing 2 things at once. They are treating me as an hourly employee, so they will get hourly employee effort.

What if you need handicap parking and are forced to go to the furthest lot in L’Oréal or to the construction site?

You can't expect a company like Fiserv to know how many parking spots will be required. It is not like Fiserv promised a certain number of jobs in a location and be able to count the number of parking spots. That would be too complicated. Clearly the answer it to hire more people than available parking spots and hope for the best!
