I read a lot of different company discussions boards but I think Phillips 66 is the most active I've come across. There must be some serious deep rooted problems within the company. These boards can have a few resentful ex employees but that rarely lasts long. As active as this board is it tells me there's some serious issues within. Yikes

To be more accurate, the former head of HR had it blocked on company devices when rumors of her affair with the CFO surfaced on the site. Fact.

@a5 yep. Mo--n. How many CEOs making $20mm+ check this site?! Shows the caliber of management we have
@ah and the former head of HR trying to get it shut down. Corporate security, HR, Comms and the CEO were all checking it regularly for a long time.
@a5, The Layoff owes Go Go a big debt of gratitude for getting the attention of many more employees.
Well it didn't help that the CEO mentioned it by name during a global town hall. Introduced a lot of people to the site that would have never come here.
