Anyone have info on how long they will give those who are laid off to stay in their role? I know sometimes it’s security walking people out that day, other times you can work for a few more months while you try to find another job.

Security is incompetent…consequence of Fidelity becoming the the de-facto retirement place for government workers. Generally you get 30 days if you are a good employee.

@ah, your friend was fired. Are they the one that told their boss they were going to quit?
@ah that’s if you get fired, not if you’re laid off.
So they walk you out right away. My friend was escorted out over lunch and we didn't even hear about it until I received a text from him.
What are the severance packages looking like?
5/29 will be the associate’s last day
End of May the severance kicks in
