They have thought they are better than everyone since they arrived. Them and the Flagstar crew. President is just a talking head. Everyone currently there is stupid and these people know everything. You have and have had good people who had the experience and knowledge, but you treat and have treated them like sh… May the house of cards blow over!

all "bank" employees are essentially worthless. Wannabe wall street types, SAD!
@f9 a senior advisor is different than how we use senior advisor. Think managing director if that helps. A bank president leaves and now will be profiting off deep inside knowledge from the bank he was supposed to be keeping up. So at what point did he know he would be leaving to be a managing director / senior advisor? He left the bank in far worse condition than what he entered it. And even if you dont want to concede that, it was no better (according to the consent order that was renewed and new findings and issues). So now he comes back to either “fix” or “sell” or “acquire” but nonetheless profit off of his failures where he had a legal fiduciary responsibility.
That’s the “there there”
Normally I’m down to support. But isn’t a CEO at most companies really just a figure head and the presidents and executives under the CEO make 90% of the day to day operational decisions? Obviously at the direction of the CEO/board.
I can tell Paul is back. When Paul was around there was always someone on this site trolling all passive aggressive whenever someone would post something negative about him. Funny how when it happens again that same troll is back in full force. Hahaha
@f9 yea Vincent is back. Have a numerous siting this week in FSB building. If you stayed in BSB, you would have not seen him.
@f1
He’s a senior advisor with BCG. BCG is at the bank. Is there a there there? Please someone confirm because it’s not right if he is back.
Paul Vincent is back as a consultant?
I mean… how ironic is it that Paul Vincent is back in the building where he was let-go not too long ago as a BCG consultant 😂😂😂 which was to layoff some more hahahahaha
@ag Selling off the bank to get rid of toxic entitled bank employees and compliance purgatory would be a good start.
Shut up
So what are your thoughts on fixing the issue? Do you have an action plan written down and/or reviewed for impact?
