I have been in VBG for almost 20 years. It used to be called WBG and other names. We absolutely got 145% payouts before and I believe even higher. The bonus was calculated differently back then since we were wireless and not merged with wireline.

We’re told how well we did and get 103% while last year we got 109%
@rn+1jjc1vvt0 not fake. Prior to 2008, wireless computed awards completely differently than they are computed today, so the % was inflated. All smoke and mirrors.
@sr+1jjc1vvt0 VSPs not entirely accurate. Their awards are still subject to the corporate %, but they aren't subject to a performance rating %, it's 100.

You must be wireless? I'm a long term employee at VBG and we have never received close to 145%. In fact, we had a few years around 70%.
