CEO: "But I have a plan."
Board of Directors: "We are somehow persuaded by you and your silver-tongued charm. Expectations met – attaboy Charlie"

I think he’s meeting expectations. If he continues to make changes, sell off underperforming business, lay-off dead weigh, he’ll likely exceed. It’s all in the execution. Right now it doesn’t feel right. Hoping (if I’m still around) that in the long term that the changes are positive.
@afa, but they are smarter than us Americans! That is what they say and they truly believe that. Ugh!
@wvf
I accomplish more in an afternoon than Charlie does in a year. The whole company is turning Indian dumpster fire before our eyes. There's some areas of the bank where 90% are Indian.
Well headcount dropped by almost 2k.
He's sending risk and control to India (where there is no understanding of what it is). WF will have fewer findings and fewer issues, rubber stamp compliance.
He is expected to cut thousands of jobs and sell off chunks of the business. What expectation is not being met?
Yes. Of course
