Does anyone have a clue what we can expect? My guess, or maybe just my hope, is not a major round, but some scattered layoffs to fit the new org structure.

This is true. I am a supervisor at one of the plants, and they just started mass laying off leadership today. i just received the call with severance.
Support office is the corporate office. Both the leaders like Motz, and also the worker bees like programmers, engineers, accountants, that have no power
@af You say office support is the leadership of the company. Nice job in how they have led this company into the ground. Great leadership ey.
If there truly will be a mass exodus: If I had to guess, since a WARN report needs to be filed finally, it will be timed before the release of the January WARN report which should be out late this week or next week. That way there's no official warning and they happen nearly simultaneously.
But just a guess, we'll see
@a9 The Support Office is the leadership for the entire company. Most are based out of the corporate office in Deerfield, IL. Centralized Services team members should largely be unaffected by layoffs because they are primarily operational.
@a2 Could someone clarify what the support office is? Is there only one? Wil Centralized Services be affected as well?
DPR’s definitely found out today as mine today is Friday is his last day with Walgreens
Field reorg has already begun and support office reduction is slated to begin next week.
