Is there a recording for the meeting on Monday? I was OOO and want to listen for myself and make my own call.

Can anyone upload to Twitter/Reddit?
Please and Thank you
I have not seen it yet. I’m not sure if I want to give myself the headache of watching it based on the comments I’ve seen about it. What was said doesn’t shock me at all that the top executives are so far out of touch with employees at this company. Since the UB acquisition this company has just gone way off the rails as far as leadership and culture goes. It doesn’t have anything to do with the former UB employees. All the ones I’ve worked with were great. The executives and upper management have just been on a complete power trip the last couple years.
Her tone and word choice has changed completely since becoming CEO. In prior town halls she didn't behave like this.
Is the recording an edited version of the original call?
You can be direct without sh-----g on your employees. This was not that. She was disrespectful as he-l, and she insulted a lot of people.
People are asking questions about RTO because they don't want to go 5 days a week. If you're in a city that's an additional who knows how many hours of commuting they're losing. They said we'd stay as we are, we didn't. Now they want to know if we're going back 5 days a week, because it's a valid ask. She may laugh and say it's nonsense, but these are our lives here.
Do wish people would shut the fu-k up so they don't send us back 5 days out of spite? Sure. But the reality is that they're going to do it anyway so people don't see the point in shutting up about it.
To the person who listened to the recording: I agree. Her words had poor choices but she’s very direct. I don’t like the message necessarily but she wasn’t as bad as people are making out. I also didn’t hear it live.
There was way more than just the RTO comments.
So, I did not hear the call live on Monday but just listened to it. Several points, and I am NOT a corporate HR or PR person so don't slam me as such for what I have to say.
- She began by answering a question about widespread corporate layoffs hitting at other companies being announced every week, and she said we are not planning to do major layoffs here at USB. In many areas we are adding people.
- Some HR dude said we spend 2/3 of every dollar we make on employee wages and benefits.
- Asked about her number one concern as new CEO, Gunjan said the degree of change each of us is dealing with in terms of societal changes and in our communities. She said she knows this can be overwhelming.
- On RTO she said she wanted to speak in a very straightforward way. She is more committed to an in office culture and believes we are seeing benefits. In office is back to Pre-COVID levels. She said she understands if this doesn't fit an individual's lifestyle and she accepts and understands if some of us wish to leave.
- She then said the company has since announcing RTO more than two years ago been "gentle" and "kind" and "careful," but the "nonsense" of continuing to debate this at every town hall and call has been going on too long and it is time to move forward.
- She added she knows our buildings are not perfect and we are working on it.
Look, I disagree with her on RTO. And nonsense was a poor word choice. But this call was far more humane and nuanced than all the posts.
Hate on me if you want, but I think we are over-reacting.
The RTO question starts around the 44 minute mark.
Is the Q&A session still there? That’s when things went pear-shaped for GK.
Thank you. Just found it and watching.
On the side of intranet page, look for “Featured video”. Below that click on “Watch more videos”. Enjoy watching the train wreck!
Where is it posted on the internal site?
I'm sure they edited it heavily...
They just posted it
