@ah a prediction for you, when FT takes back all functions from FIS, Ian McCoy will go with them. Put a lot of money down on that one. He's done it before.
They would love to, however, they would still be tied to FIS by the adoption of their incredibly sh---y systems, FIS TA and WFM or computing in a worm hole back to the Nineties. FT closed out their own accounting system, Investar. Whether they can recover all of that and restart their much better systems of FTTA and PEGA, is up for grabs. Perhaps someone else can answer this technical question. Then, FT would need to staff up those positions, so those legacy employees can enjoy the round robin of being rehired or not, back at FT that so many from CS endured. FT is not a victim here, they initiated Project Condor. Now, they are trying to clean up the mess that they made.
@ae they want to cancel the whole contract? Wouldnt that mean all of the people that deal with them will be fired?
@ae Not the one reading this forum.
Are there people that still haven't heard about FT's intentions to sever ties with FIS?
We’re not surprised. We read your post and I’m only surprised that everything you mentioned so confidently hasn’t happened yet…
