Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

To those in power: go all the way!

Today’s announcement was the best thing ever. Offer it widespread. I agree there are countless old id--ts who need to leave. (And I am one of them). They are expensive. They don’t give a cr-p. They are barriers to moving work along. The absolute worst are in ET. Time and technology has left the 50+ folks in the dirt. Hand it off to the people who care.

2026 will be the year! Reduced pay, reduced benefits, job reassignments, RTW, no more pensions.... these retar-s are about to run around like crazy mo--ns. You remember how happy MT was when he announced the closing of the rest of the offices. He thought he was about to get to can thousands and COVID hit him with the we couldn't find people to work. We are right back to the point where they think they have everyone bent over a barrel. These people are trash....

Anyone with less than 10 years with this company is pretty much lazy and whiny I’ve seen it first hand and a 20 year claim reps handles 3x the work load and does it right the first time.

They hire newbies that are d-mb as sh-t but are willing to work for 60k until they burnt out and replace them with the next id--t.

How do i know because i train them all and seen this cycle realest it’s elf over the last 5 years

@ae they can start by assigning these fu--ing re--rds some of the work to a queue they’re 100% responsible and accountable for managing instead of all this “reserve” and “training wheels” baby bird nest BS or whatever the fu-k these mo--ns get to do all day while everything is assigned in the name of every person they want to replace in claims.

They aren't going to offer any of this is Proximity. They can't afford to lose the old Proximity claim Reps. They are keeping the fire claims department running. Ask any Agent.

It's the only way they can get these jobs moved into the hubs. They have to do something to move forward. Offices are needed for training. Wfh is great for seasoned employees but not so much for new hires. The company has to look to the future.

This is basically for Auto U/W as their job is being automated. 95-98% success rate with automation. We also do not need programmers as AI will start writing the code. We have too many non-customer facing people in the Enterprise. Marketing, Finance, Human Resources..... the carnage will continue. Our Execs are f-cking delusional and have no clue how the business works or what is need to fun SF. In the next 5-7 years SF will basically be done. Think Blackberry, Sears, Circuit City, Enron, Kmart, Kodak, ......

Do you really think anyone cares at this point. Little to no work ethic left.
