Fiserv micromanages everything, right down to our desktop wallpaper. I can’t see my apps because of the clutter they push as wallpaper. I change my wallpaper to solids color 5-6 times per day and they keep pushing their wallpaper. Jesus man, let us breathe! At least I get Sapience credit for changing my wallpaper.

I had the same issue till I complained to HR and threatened them with lack of compliance with ADA. I am now free to set up my PC to my liking

Marketing has also mandated that the enterprise browser rollout reset your session every time it opens because they want to show their splash screen instead of restoring your tabs

The marketing team knows that what they create will be forced onto everyone's desktop. But the marketing team does not produce a product that can be used in that way. This is an example of the marketing team's incompetence. They don't test their work.

You're not permitted to personalize your desktop. It's always been that way. You can customize your lock screen.
Who still uses icons on their desktop for apps? Pin to task bar or start menu.
