why are all of the jobs being moved to India and Costa Rica? Is the plan to have most of Cencora out of the US?

@145 are there any pharma companies that aren't laying off right now? It's stressful here but I don't think there is really anywhere safe at the moment. Hoping layoffs calm down across the arena.

Yes. It will all be outsourced. The employees working their a-s off now think it won’t happen to them. It’s already in the works. Bob mauch is a greedy old man.
@ad Its not about keeping clients happy. Its about reducing expenses. Once the revenue significantly dips in the profit equation, then they will question themselves, but until then its minimizing expenses only. Product quality be damned.
the clients are in US, speak english and want things immediately. How are people in India going to make these clients happy?
It’s called capitalism. If work can be done for cheaper , then companies will take that. Too much circus going on here so companies are staying out until Feb 2029.
Question is, will they really come back once they see how cheap it is to run GCC’s with 24x7 operations across the world without having to pay benefits, 401k , health insurance and all that in USA ?
