Do you notice how every time someone posts about the obvious biased hiring that is going on with In**s it gets deleted? Who’s getting these deleted? I really don’t mind having them on my team, but like it’s making up 99% of my new team + we are getting replaced by them. Can HR or recruiting chime in here on what is going on? Genuinely interested, bc I need to know if I should switch industries or not, I think I’m legit not judged based on performance….

Caution: Hiring managers who hire based on urgency, project timelines ,gender , race nationality and not qualification eventually bear the burden of unqualified staff , And themselves get laid off at some point .

they seem to remove the most of these posts, but i saw a few that they left. i think they are manually removing these, so i am not surprised that some slip thru the cracks.
i get that people are frustrated with visa scams, they are omnipresent, ithink every co is dealing with this (at least every us company) but i get the mods too, people are so pi---d with this that if they let it brew here 90% of this board would be us just venting about it. maybe one of us should make a site focusing just on that issue and i am sure it'd be crazy successful site because there is so much pent up anger in the country right now (and our leaders are fu--ing doing nothing about it)

Did the op from the deleted post look at the org charts? There are many organizations that are completely homogeneous at the top levels but I am sure that doesn’t bother anyone! BTW I did look at all the org charts in that division. There was no VP who “hired” only his/her own race. There wasn’t any such org level. This anti-i**s sentiment is just your own racism and insecurity. All the “preferred “ candidates want 100% wfh with $$$$. Just deal with it

I think the comments are inherently racist. The use of pronoun “them” is dismissive and exclusive. I work with many people in Pune, they are fantastic. My issue is with Fiserv hiring people at barely livable wages, expecting them to travel four hours a day, move far from their families, work all night. And if they don’t work all night, our clients suffer because we don’t offer services during normal US business hours. It’s lose/lose for everyone except people who make a lot of money from Fiserv.
