I can't think of any.

Everyone got offended by my earlier comment but tell me what is wrong with my question? OP is stating they see no benefit in working for Schwab anymore so why are they still here? Answering my question will give them the answer they are looking for.
This is a great company with potential for expansion - if it invested internally to address inefficiency.
It also is treating employees worse - which will hinder its ability to maintain talent once the shift occurs/rates drop and market returns for talent. This is what they want, as someone seems to think talent in India is better and less expensive. Let’s wait and see how that project goes.
Free afternoon snacks and flavored water?
Nah no benefits, Schwab has been pushing everyone out since q2 of 2025.
@ac I agree with most all of what you say. However, the other party, not Trump, wants you to believe it is the Republicans that want you to live in government housing, etc etc that you said, this so you vote for the socialist (Democrat) party who wants to inact all you wrote. Study Socialism/Communism, gov provided and control is what socialism is all about. See China, they already have the social score system. Please don't fall for the Democrats telling you government control is what the Conservatives want. They want the opposite, that's why they are called Conservatives, Conservative/small government. Take care.
Then quit. What's stopping you?
Um....salary? Lol
Depending on the state, insurance nothing else.
Schwab, once a decent company, has become near criminal after chasing Fidelity. While some departments remain unaffected, the overall experience has been negative for years. The good news is you can be happy once you don't care. Just do the work, don't look around and you'll be happier. And often you're rewarded for it.
None, but we have no choice now. This is intended. Corporate America has been dreaming of this scenario since the invention of capital for labor. The job market will not bounce back from this, this is a black swan event masking as a white swan, promising all the glories of AI without any of the downfalls.
When, not if, AI (including Indians and other forms of cheap labor) replace us, we'll be left with no choice but to accept a form of universal basic income (UBI). Musk already alluded that in the future we will have a choice to work or not. It won't really be a choice, though. You will be forced to work, and it'll be a bureaucratic sort of position. Drone operator, propaganda poster, AI supervision rules, UBI compliance (can't have people posting mean things about big brother or corporations). All this while having the pleasure of living in a 20x20 foot prison, I mean, govt affordability housing. Available to you free of charge as long as you keep your social credit up! Don't worry, they'll know, the surveillance systems (administered and governed by Trumps pal Peter Thiel's company Palantir) will make sure you're in compliance. Don't think this is already a thing? Google "AP Border Patrol Secret Surveillance System."
Remember all those people claiming they had "nothing to hide?" It's not that you don't have anything to hide, it's that you don't want to be exploited, period. This is not to say this would have been prevented with the corporate run Democrats in office, no. It would have mostly been the same. At least there is now some central unifying voice between the left and the right. Sadly, I think it's too little, too late. The wheels are in motion, you'll own nothing and be happy. Grats, you have a job at a company that truly doesn't give a sh-t about you, but hey, put on that big happy smiley face, cuz at least you have a job!
Don't mind the corporate speak about us all being a Schwamily (gross) and don't believe anything that robot Rick says. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Just look back not too long ago when he said they didn't have any more planned layoffs. We are being lied to and manipulated in real time, and there's not a damn thing we can do about it. The irony is, they will live in this world they are destroying. So I don't know if it's main character syndrome where they think they will be unaffected, or they plan on living in super gated communities, or whether they just truly don't give a sh-t and want more money and power. Probably all 3. Enjoy the sh-t show.
