@m9 We don't learn standard ideas like KPI here, we invent them late and with different wording.

The lack of investment in FIG products over the years is haunting anyone who’s in that job. Aside from that he’s assembled a new gang of mo--ns who can’t shoot straight and excel at hiding problems. That should help.

Same song. Second verse. This was attempted last year. Have fun reviewing exceptions, Srini!

Why is increasing a number a plan. The thing called KPI has existed decades. Now they put a fancy phrase on it. Great strategy. What are the bonuses for and those high salaries? Couldn't an AI do that for a small subscription better?

Spend 10 minutes in the weekly quality call and it’s clear why we have incidents and also why they will keep happening.

We can blame SK if we want, but this was a decision coordinated with the Product, Risk, Legal, and other leaders. It hurts but we need to stop crushing our clients with outages.

If the updates break more than they fix then it is required. Agile and Jira have decimated the soundness of some applications. Incidents don't lie.
