Because all I have seen are Directors and below let go or impacted. But the ones that planned it out seem to still be here. The org chart looks like a broom now instead of a pyramid.

My Business Unit Head was let go and the middle managers under them.
Everyone else under them are now clueless and directionless until further announcements.
Prior to this week, there had been a few departures at vp and SVP levels
