@dz+1jn1x5jp9 yeah bigotry is the same regardless of the pigment of someone's skin. For example saying all people of a certain race are better or worse at a certain thing is a negative stereotype. Having different people with different points of view working together ultimately strengthens an organization, as opposed to having one point of view 10 times.
@dx+1jn1x5jp9, In the NBA, black players are very bigoted against white players. Wouldn't you call that racist discrimanation? They are good at basketball, but unfortunately they are not so good at running businesses. It is what it is.
Yeah considering what he said about there being no qualified black candidates for executive positions this isn't surprising, its what he really wanted to do I'm sure.
Nice, maybe this means that the managers will actually know what they are talking about instead of asking their underling to respond. I’ve seen that far too often the past 3 years.
The problem with DEI is that it still mentions race, skin color, etc. As long as they keep mentioning those words, racism will never go away, there can be no equality or justice for all.
If a company is actually doing DEI the right way, it’s not “hire members of minority/diverse groups even if they don’t merit the position”… it’s “make sure people with merit aren’t getting passed over simply because they’re members of minority/diverse groups”.
The Supreme Court ruled that the DEI based hiring is unconstitutional.
DEI has always been UNETHICAL. People should be evaluated according to their merit.
Trump signed an executive order to ban DEI and transgenders. So it's illegal.
What is OP referencing/quoting? Was this is a corp email?
DEI is banned and officially illegal because they are against human principle.
