Performance reviews start in my team next week. I seriously doubt I will see a bonus let alone an increase. Bonuses stopped for some pay grades in 2022.
Basic logic says it's fake. Frank is punishing everyone with double digit reductions in bonus due to missing the revenue targets by little more than a rounding error.
Yet we're meant to believe that one part of the leadership triad, president, ceo, cotb, and the least empowered at that is driving an unprecedented raise? I'm not buying it.
I'm a manager and have already been told by my manager that the beating will INCREASE until moral improves. It seems Frankles-the-record-scratch doesn't understand that the saying, "the beatings will continue until morale improves" isn't a challenge he's meant to best, but here we are.
The Leaks are out! We know there is a good chance since it was also true when we found about layoffs from managers here. And now multiple sources confirm.
