I would not stay.
I have some ocean front property for you in Arizona, this is really 10 inches, Elvis is not really dead, we never landed on the moon and politicians/Executives have your best interest at heart...
@nk They will never admit they need you. If anything, they believe you are replaceable. Someone drinks too much Kool aid!
But they are telling fully remote claims employees without an office that they need us all.
Salary changes are coming based on remote/hub status. You will get that information in the next few weeks. Benefit changes are coming and they will be announced right before we have to complete our healthcare selections for 2026. Prepare yourself folks! 2026 is going to be the year of the great purge! Carniage is coming! Stupid always doubles down on more stupid! We went woke and we will go broke!
Is this including ET ?
Watch what happens when same job class WFH and report to office happen. Interesting employee advantage. Move em all to hubs
@m9 long overdue!
We were told this week WFH ending in 26 saw this coming
When does the benefits enrollment drop? Is it this month or November? Guessing that will be dooms day
I don’t know about coming back into the office , but if I was like Java, and had to go to Atlanta, Id be running fast anywhere too, on any platform, trans or bus or whatever!
Because the buildings are not really occupied except on weeks 2 & 3. That opens up more time they can bring us in on week 1 and 4.
Auto Underwriting will have a lot more available space starting 2026 as they are overstaffed by thousands and most will have claims offers/reassignment or terms.
We got the Total Rewards survey and they basically spelled it out for you. Get results 4th quarter.
They are updating the workspaces with added sound diffusers and more food options. Other vendors have been meeting with Ad Services leadership.
This is sh-t Farm and our Executives are sc-m of the earth and want you back in the office. Several have said if it was up to them you would be back in full time.
Plus everyone else is doing it! Read the tea leaves!
@cj how do you know this?
@cj stop with the rumors.
You will get an update for WFH during the 4th quarter and find out the results of the AON survey regarding total rewards! Prepare, it is not going to be pretty!
I'd consider going back. I've watched all the black and white g-n smoke issues twice now, and there isn't much left that is interesting.
Soon it will be report to the office while reduce WFH.
@aa mention your supervisor's name too, since you like sharing everything.
Absolutely no
The WFM model FSF leverages has certainly saved major money for the Mothership. However, it ensured poor customer service was baked into the culture of the company. That move made FSF destined to be I the #2 insurer because if you can’t compete on price your service model better be perfect!
And give up watching Netflix all day and working my second job? No way
@a7 So what...pay grade exposure. Remote is a liability
They would likely need to reopen office space for that to happen. That idea may be valid for select departments but not most. Personally I would retire. I relocated based on the rules, so my long commute round trip isn't very economical.
@OP I am not within 6 hours of a hub. Fully remote. That is a no.
