@hn the union techs are the ones who do the engineers jobs for them and have to tell our bosses how to do their job,because we have all been here for 25-30 years. So how could a contractor just come in and do our job the bosses job and the engineers job. Without any experience unless you planned on. rehiring us back as contractors at a higher rate. After giving us a lucrative buyout !

@fp none union here wfh over 25 years and been getting extra money once a moth in my check. Not $100 tho.
RTO and contractors for techs !!!!! Let’s bust the union !!!
I heard that RTO employees are going to get an additional $100/mo to reflect the savings the company makes in not having to maintain their real estate.

Reps need to work from the office. Customer service along with assignment and dispatch have been horrible since WFH started. Can you please hold on my dog is barking I need to let it outside? Can you please hold my child is hungry I need to fix lunch? Not sure what everyone did with pets and children when they reported to work for a real job. Need to give pay cuts for the WFH employees as they don’t need a car, work attire nor gas money. If they don’t wanna RTO replace them with contractors.
