So what happened to the people that were saying last year to skip the survey and stand in solidarity? Were they all let go? It's a complete waste of time. I wish they'd make it interesting and at least take a look at the negatives for funsies. There's already a meeting on my calendar where SB can remind everyone to take it again like last year.

It's You're, as in, "you are". Mo--n! And, yes, they're "stealing" because they're making salaries that are nowhere NEAR what they return in value to the company. Look around at the total dysfunction that they have created.

Executives and above tend to be the problem. Directors and below not so much.

Front-line and middle managers, for the most part, are not the problem. It's the brain-dead mo--ns earning (stealing) millions in salary that have completely effed this company beyond recognition. The survey attempts to hide its questions quite well and avoids most direct responses related to senior management. It's horrendous.

The survey is a huge waste of time. My team only gets like 50% positive scores and nothing ever happens except endless meetings to discuss the results over and over again that lead to nowhere
