HMP basically ki-led — props to RB for actually listening to the CES Survey

Just wanted to add my voice here. A lot of the other posts on this board were true.
On the positive side, big credit to RB and management for actually listening to the CES Survey and making some real changes. That doesn’t happen often, so it’s worth calling out.

Per the last email, it looks like HMP has basically been ki-led. For those of us stuck in open-plan areas with unassigned seating, how are we supposed to get offices now? Feels like that whole piece just disappeared.

Also hearing we’re going back to Monday WFH next — that’s at least something.
Anyone else in the same situation with the seating/offices issue?

@a9
RB is saving the firing of LC until after the results are in for the implementation of the IT staffing to the Engine. Chevron has plenty of money to perform projects at a pace to see results. Then RB can hold LC accountable for any problems that occur.

As far as the EY cronies are considered, they have plenty of runway to investigate, learn, implement and fail fast before they are going to exhaust their consulting contracts. We have a team of them in my platform that are uncovering the skeletons that have been buried by previous general managers. So there are lots of opportunites for EY to investigate and create perceived value for their consulting gigs.

There will be no WFH and no pause on HMP, if theu do slight deviation then there is the accountability question they have to answer [not to the employees but within themselves and to MN] and they will never want to be in that position.

What gave you the impression that HMP was ki-led? The only change is there would be assigned offices on the non-modernized floors. They did not even put furniture back in the assigned offices (not even a trash bin). I think you are reaching on this one.

@av I don’t know how somebody can look in the mirror everyday and be proud of these so-called accomplishments when they are such frauds in reality. Everyone in the organization knows it.

If RB actually listened to the CES, he would have fired LC.

He picked the easiest area of improvement and decided to make progress on HMP like they’re doing something to address the employee survey.

Hey how bout you pick a harder problem to resolve and save the company some real money by firing LC and his EY cronies.

Did CVX lay off the HMP consultant ladies? They had such fancy speaking skills with all those buzz words

Didn’t they just announce FID in April to continue renovations? HMP isn’t dead, they’re just delaying the inevitable “unassigned seating for all” and changing it to “unassigned seating for some, revocation of snacks for others”
