Stop waiting and do something about it. Update the resume, start looking and leave. There is life after Cigna / Evernorth or whatever it's called. It's one of the best things I've done! The stress you're putting yourself through is just not worth it. Good luck! You're welcome!

Just accepted the VRP and ready for life's next stage.
This place is draining some of us. With 20 years of experience, I have never seen this type of behavior in all of my years. Some of the leadership teams are treating employees absolutely horrible. The gaslighting, lack of accountability, building people up just to build them back down…the list goes on, is not okay behavior. I personally am at a really bad place with my overall wellbeing and mental health because of my specific leadership team. The psychological mind games need to be put to an end!
