Funny stuff is happening with decision makers behind closed doors this week regarding Bloomington Minnesota.

Whose idea was it to open up a call center in a location outside of the 21 State footprint? Meanwhile, you got offices and employees being laid off in places like Atlanta, NC, etc.
The company most likely wants to squash the pesky Minnesota office because of high costs, unfavorable state and local politics for business, nonproductive and antiquated workers with high absenteeism and self-entitlement culture.

I would absolutely not be upset if we lost Bloomington. Those people don’t know how to respond to email, text, teams or phone calls.
But as soon as they need something they go crazy if you don’t jump immediately.
Implementation group in MN can eat sh##t.
Rumor also has it that CWA district 7 will inevitably be dissolved and merged into another district after workers in the Leg T contract are moved to the mobility contract in April of next year.
