So much convo from numerous topics. From reading sounds like pk is safe and reporting into Rebecca mall? What has everyone else heard?

I don’t know anything but don’t think pk is safe. What else explains the radio silence?
New leader will probably be based out of LA and unlikely to be internal paramount.

Most of us at cp are a bunch of underpaid women keeping the ship afloat. The idea of layoffs after all the sacrifices we’ve made is unsettling. Our leadership, despite being mostly female, is horrible and unappreciative of our work. The company was still somewhat mom/woman friendly, which is part of why we’ve stayed, but I can tell that is coming to an end
I think the radio silence from pk speaks volumes. At a minimum she’s losing her non cp lbe responsibilities. Maybe they just fire here or keep her for a few months for transition purposes. Honestly she can’t help with any transition and they can fire her right away. Despite her tenure, she has no institutional knowledge and isn’t needed for any transition. Maybe she hoped that by firing her execs she would be more indispensable to new owners but not the case. She’s all talk and no substance. She’s also strongly drawn to similar people which is a bad formula and explains why none of her reports fit the bill. Perfect marketer but shouldn’t be in charge of any revenue. Cp is years behind in revenue because of her and prior regimes.
If anyone has honest visibility into what’s happening with CP area please share. I work in CP and really love my job but it’s been radio silence from PK or senior leadership in this area. People are dropping like flies — at least 6 resignations in past 2 weeks — but would honestly love some news on the future of this area.
