We employ the most incompetent people in HR. Despite going through thousands of layoffs recently, they still have no clue how to manage this process. My function (COO) is in the middle of the worse experience (for both managers and employees) we have ever seen in our careers. And we have so many more to go through in 2025. But hey they dress sharp and speak pretty and are paid well so hooray for our empowered id--ts.

Bei’s prior specialty was comp. Most everyone’s comp is not advancing like it was pre her so…. She is not doing us any favors.
Know firsthand she pitched the idea of voluntary layoffs, she actually put together a small team to sort through that concept. Shot down by SP and those a holes.

She fought hard for us to get 5% increases that one year as well!
No one in COO can do S. That piece of garbage SP is the ultimate micro manager. Directors and execs under him can't wipe their nose without his express permission. He's a failure of a leader and human being. The day he finally leaves will be a great one for WF. The only problem is, no one else in the industry is d-mb enough to hire the guy so we're probably stuck with him at least until the new CEO comes along.
You guys can dog BEI all you want, but the fact is she fought hard against a lot of this location strategy stuff, and also was pushing for a voluntary layoff option. Not a huge fan but she was very much in the employee’s corners here.
The recruiters & Employee relations are also incompetent.
