@a8 someone posted that they were let go with this exact scenario. Saw it on LinkedIn.
Most of the ones I know have been laid off. either the round in December or the latest round last week myself included! So much for the “permanent” offer they gave us. People with the shorter contracts made it longer 🤣🤣🤣
@OP us cellular employees on temporary contact are categorically excluded from these layoffs. However, there is nothing preventing T-Mobile from accelerating the end of contract. I expect most of us will be notified Feb 1 that our services are no longer required Because the network transition is nearly complete. If you were hired permanently, I would assume you are in the pool of TMO employees and will be treated as such. Been a sh---y 2.5 years for us, and it's getting worse.
