70-80% of AVPs and above are stooges to the system

How do I become one? It seems like good money for low effort

Too many AVPs and VPs and SVPs at clocking 20+ years with ZERO intention of doing anything different than they did in 2005.

@a8 you seem like an highly overpaid individual lurking in the layoff site

Many of the women AVPs need to trim up the mu-f and take one back door. They would warm up quite a bit after a shocker thrown their way.

I’d be an avp stooge for the money. I’m sure you would as well. They’re likely getting paid $300-400k a year to forward emails and attend Teams calls. Plus I think they get a vehicle allowance.

Do AVP’s really hold any real power ? I hear of AVP’s allowing for remote work and additional flexibility to their favorite reports and I wonder if it is just a matter of time until they are all on the chopping block

The current CEO does not want creative people or people with diversity of ideas.

The only reason that AVP’s exist is so that people like our own VP meatloaf brain Sleepy Ward Chewning can continue to collect a paycheck while people like me do all his work for him.
