Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

I am a Payment Card Industry (PCI) assessor and the Fiserv/Clover Security portal is the worst I have to use. Notwithstanding that, the "customer service" email support is unhelpful with a splash of arrogance.

If I could discontinue dealing with Fiserv/Clover Security, they'd be trash binned without a second thought.

Yay for regulatory obligations I suppose.

And if anyone has noticed, the stock price over the past year has dropped $100/share. Which means the C-Team was inflating numbers at the same time RIF'ing people.

Multiple times the Stock price has dropped like a Rock - Yea some one should look under the covers, see what happened.

Spin off Clover. Fiserv is not able to improve it. Each year the complaints increase, the deficit increases and the turnover rate within Clover continues to increase. Yet Fiserv keeps increasing spend (Shark Tank, Forum, SxSw, Lady Luck and that TV series 🙄, etc etc etc), when the profit does not cover it. Clover and Fiserv need to divorce at this point.

How will they cut thier way out of this?
Sell us off for parts?
Will Fiserv have enough reserves to get back on its feet? What if the total some of parts is more eye candy then a rebuild?

Those on the lines and inside Fiserv are seeing the "Great Coming Undone".
