Thread regarding Fidelity National Information Services Inc. layoffs

Terrible Leadership

At what point do they get rid of the Stephanie and her people? The stock is down 33% in the last year, 66% in 5 years. 2/3rds of the company disappeared. This company is going down the drain, are they not seeing it or what??

@d2 The companies that were brought into FIS were great companies, but that did not translate to the larger organization.

Today I lost a few coworkers that I have known for a few years, It's truly unbelievable the way this once great company is being run now. Employees work with so much anxiety not knowing month after month if they are being laid off, it's certainly not a good way to run things. How can the board continue to allow this downward spiral and allow our stock price to tank as much as it has. I have never seen a company run this way before.

@OP
I’ve been wondering how long the BOD will put up with SF 3 year plan of setting a record low stock price. At some point the major investors are going to demand change.

@a7 it was actually the people in the Columbus office from TSYS. Not Jacksonville.

Remember on the town hall a few months ago she made a ‘hot mic’ comment about talking to,”the people who really matter,” and it was to everyone at the Jacksonville office?

No it’s the other way around, get rid of everyone else instead.
Unbelievable!
