"I need my personal laptop to connect to guest to use a lot of sites blocked on fiserev, is it allowed?" - WTH this seems like a really, really bad idea. Why are you going to blocked sities while at work even with a personal device? If this is to do your job, talk to your manager about a solution.

You cannot do fiserv work on a person laptop. You cannot connect to the network resources without a VPN on the guest network.
But you theoretically could connect a laptop to the guest network and browse the internet, I guess.
@a7 If you connect to a monitor it is worse
No personal equipment can connect to fiserv devices or network.
Big warning, do anything you can not to get the Microsoft Surface laptops. They are atrocious. No RAM, slow CPU, minimal threads, and awful battery life. The build quality of the laptop is fine (screen/keyboard/mouse), but you’ll connect to monitor in office anyway.
You cannot do that
