There's a lot of f'd things going behind the scene. Especially while FB was there. Playing with our compensation to donate millions to become SSA comish. Perfect excuse to sell off your stocks
The security is a problem. CTO's dad has a security business in NJ that does detective work.

I can assure you that there is a Sh!t ton of Age Discrimination. All you have to do is look at the List of RIF people and see the years of service and Age - It is Clear what FB was doing.
Unfortunately for the company, the point of impact and pain is upon Fiserv and there is nothing stopping the train. It will be years before the company recovers if it actually is able to.

With the stress level we all carry now there are likely to be a lot of harassment complaints coming to a location near you. The ch--k in the armor is growing daily in all departments except marketing.

@d4 It just isn't and they have made a lot of decisions with it.
If they can prove sapience is not accurate in court (and it is not) then this opens up a whole can of worms.
@a7 s-xual harassment, discrimination by gender and age, retaliation, wrongful termination. One of the lawsuit involves current employees and sapience. Right now 1 case is in federal court and 4 in the superior court of the state of New Jersey.
How is Fiserv supposed to know if you have cavities unless they perform a cavity search?
