What was that all about? Is it because it's EIP payday? Angry about the In-Office stuff? So many employees were MIA today and it really su-ked for all of us who actually did our job. Unreal.

@a6 exactly
@v3 The ones who should retire and can't is due to their lifestyles. Divorce, alimony, substance abuse, and so on. Poor choices like living above their means is also a problem. Just sit back and watch. Its obvious!
@a6+1km6sjqm4 is right. They just want people to leave. Give it to them. Enough leave and theyll realize they need people to work under them and maybe throw people a bone. If not, shrug, tons of other insurance companies out there. There is nothing unique about working for State Farm.
Shame leadership is too cowardly to just fire the poor performers and people past retirement age (talk about being institutionalized, there are TONS of people who can retire and just choose not to....)
State Farms decline continues...
moving forward 100% of PTO requests is going to be in office time, they can have their silly meeting with their silly printed out calendar and explain their silly expectations of in office time.
they dont care about what i want, and in return, i dont care what they want.
And if its that big of a deal ill just mosey over to a competitor offering WFH still. And if all are in lockstep, then a brokerage who will allow WFH.
It’s not that deep…..it’s March madness and some folks are on spring break. Settle down!
Angry about RTO. I personally stop giving a f because the took away my remote benefit. Only doing bare minimum work starting today.
Always a martyr on every team. It is the ones who talk about how hard they work ate the laziest oxygen robbers!
LaBonequifah got her EIP, and rolling!
They want their turnover.....give it to them
