What are the differences between these two?
Severance entitlement is a number of weeks until officially terminated.
Severance amount is a number in dollars.
Do I get normal pay for the entitlement weeks then a payment for the severance amount after the entitlement weeks are up? Or is the severance amount how much I get paid over the course of the entitlement weeks divided over each pay period?
What about unused PTO? Is that rolled up in the severance amount?
Are my 401k contributions the same until officially terminated?
Will PSP will be payed out in August the same as everyone else?
