Feels like every piece of news we get su-ks, stupid parking solutions, Sapience, 9 Hour Policy, D-mb workday tags, cuts to bonuses, and now RTO… I’m struggling to find a new job because this market is terrible and it’s so disheartening. Don’t even know if Mike Lyons will make positive change here but I’m glad he’s not Frank at this point. If this market turns around so many people are leaving starting with the best talent. This company is being run into the ground and as soon as a job lines up I’m gone. Unless they scrap this id--tic management committee there’s no hope for this sh---y company. So from the bottom of my heart, go to he-l Frank and take the MC with you.

We can always hope the new guy is better than Frank. But some of us original First Data people know there are worse ones. Frank was an improvement over the 2 or 3 previous ones.
Not to say I like him. I can't forget the $88 million in stock options he was given while still laying people off

It will never end... soon it will be mandatory 10 hour work days. Then the new dress code. (3 piece suits) Then mandatory Saturday work. None of it is rational which is what happens when the most psychotic and authoritarian rise to power.
And always the boot lickers will come out and call you lazy for not "falling in line"

Most of the best talent has already left. The only ones still here are near retirement and have decided to ride it out. Can’t blame them.
