@OP Bo of hr should be the first one replaced. Perhaps she hasn’t seen ibms recent layoffs of most of their hr department.
They want us to use CoPilot and record Webex meetings in order to replicate our jobs by learning what we do and how we do it.

Here's a random thought - you don't need AI to identify members and "market" flu vaccines for. That's a query and CRM. Unless you are so d-mb you need AI to write a query for you.
Well, AI in the employee service center would be better than what we get with the reps.
Couldn't we leverage AI to make decisions on whether to reject or approve claims, right?? I bet they haven't thought of that yet.
