There is no denying that DOGE is cutting costs, but if you think what they are cutting will benefit the middle class in any way, man I got a bridge to sell you.

There will not be a recession. This administration will literally do anything they can to stop it from happening. And I should note, that is very bad. Recessions are an important part of a healthy economy, just like companies going out of business when they are due, the government providing an even playing field for competitive business, and your butt throwing up a few hours after eating Taco Bell. It's a necessary evil. We're so boned.

When people who have virtually zero investing experience call for a "recession", it ain't coming.

Guess what, Sherlock? You just showed you are a troll SunTrust took over BB&T. The vast majority of those laid off were from BB&T. The CEO who is still here tearing us apart with his minions are from SunTrust. Anyone that works here knows that.

“Experts” like who? Great Recession worse than 2008? Not likely. Recession, by definition 2 consecutive quarters of negative GDP growth, possibly, as macro-drivers adapt to new fiscal policy. Lighten up, Francis.

Big retail banks are the Blockbuster video of the banking world. Too many fees, charges, and understaffed until after Covid. Like Netflix, online service met the changing need and so evolves the needful

Truist should be hit hard. They su-k. Once they took over from Suntrust they wanted to charge me 15 bucks a month for a checking account. I left and took all my money to a credit union.
