Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

What is the end game in harassing Employees???

I don't understand why this company is so set on finding ways to harassing employees. If employees are happy they can be more productive and work with enthusiasm. Not sure what this company really wants!!!!!

To be fair : @ar+1jmg6561g is not wrong. Our overheads vs our competitors are too high. To address this however you need to look beyond a quarter, have a strategy and invest to streamline long term. Instead we are going another way…I’m sure it will work out!???

Frank is running a pump and dump scheme with his SSA appointment and will be able to sell all his shares tax free. He’s been preparing for that moment this entire time.

The captain is jumping ship.

They are managers not leaders. A 10 year old could tell you happy employees are vastly more productive. 10 happy employees will get more done than 100 unhappy ones. In order to make us happy they would need to change their mind…they aren’t going to do that so enjoy watching the fire in the kitchen.

They want to replace you with cheap Indian labor.

Compared to the competitors, Fiserv revenue to employee ratio is very low.
That means there are too many employees in here and they need to let go.

It's not about what they are doing to people. We are not people or partners in the mess. We are a means to Franks goal. Wealth. Power. Fame.

Taking SSA into a private processor.
Like Fiserv or some ba----dized version of FD. Leaving all debt with Fiserv.

Strategy is to get you to quit. I intend to after bonuses are paid out.

Remember the ending of White Fang, where they boy is throwing rocks to drive White Fang back into the wilds? But White Fang doesn't understand because it doesn't make sense, plus he's a wolf-dog.

Fiserv is the main character, and you are White Fang.

Fiserv wants you gone even if it doesn't make sense to you. Fiserv's only concern is lowering payroll expenses. It doesn't make sense to you because you are trying to increase or maintain revenue.

Just don't repeat the end of the story where the main character and White Fang reunite. Move on to either a wolf pack or a different main character who gives you food and doesn't throw rocks at you.

@a5+1jmg6561g With that strategy, they are really not trying to keep their best.

From what I can conclude from their approach, they feel that fiserv is over staffed and are trying hard to push people away by all means until they reach a headcount of 30k employees and less.

Never witnessed this before. Don't think they want us here. Maybe to quit on own instead of doing another rif paying out severance? It hasn't been fun for a long time.
