Leadership did tell us two things this week.
- Don't let your average drop below 7.
- Don't make it a habit of leaving early on the same day every week.

When did they say that ? 8Hrs is 8HRS
Supervisors have the ability to see who logs 8+ hours a day if they choose to filter for it in their RTO tool, and they can also see those working 6+ hours.
It’s only when hours drop below 6 that HR begins sending notifications.
I missed that message. When did the "leaders" say that?
