Does anyone know if maintaining a 3 day average in 2025 will impact bonus/ratings this cycle? If I had to guess I was at a 2.8 for several months. Not sure how this will play out end of year. Any insight?

If a manager hasn't told you your numbers in time to pull them up, you need to file an ER complaint and consult an attorney.
Does it matter? I had been in the office 4 days/week and working 8+ hours/day and had a good review + bonus from my management, and was still laid off.
we are being held to 3 days this year and in risk will be held to 4 days next year. I'm guessing we will all have goals set for 2026 alrind days and hours.
I was told I’m getting an IM because I didn’t meet the 8 hours. I have spoken to others who have been told the same.
Kind of depends on a few things. Some areas started getting more formal if you were not at 3. I was just under three bc one week I was at two days. But I was consistently at three for months. Still got a check in on it. Went to above three right after that as I had planned.
They’re reporting hours in office now too FYI.
If a blip on rto results in IM that’s f@@ked. Forget everything else you did, rto sc--ws you?
People are literally being moved from meets to inconsistent right now based on their performance on these RTO reports.
From my understanding , the RTO and 8 hour rule will not be used in this bonus cycle.
It begins starting next year.
Go back and make those two or three hours into 4.
No
Absolutely it will. Says so right on the workday story about firm expectations.
@a4 so the days I didn’t meet were days I took 2-3 hours of pto for travel or something. I thought these counted but obviously not. I would’ve just taken 4 if I had known that but my thought process at the time was I should only take as many hours as I actually needed- and I thought it counted
Why wouldn’t you just take a half day for the random weeks you didn’t make it in the 3 days
I would think it has to do with your Manager. If your manager is a micromanager and enjoys their little power than sure it may cost you but it is manager and group discretion
I don’t think it will get you a meets.
If you're below 3 theres a good chance you will get inconsistent and be next in line for layoff/termination. Will also impact bonus and merit obviously.
