No, Absolutely not. If I have to drag my tired butt into the office for eight hours, I will not be wasting my lunch time learning anything related to Wells Fargo. I will also not let people schedule meetings with me for eight hours straight. No way. I will be blocking time out for me and my mental health.

Hey @a4+1k7822sk6, NO ONE WORKS 8 HOURS AT THE WELLS! MORE LIKE 16-18+. Get yer facts straight. My uncle works more hours than the 24!
I do think it's funny that they offer these for great learning opportunities, but why not offer them during work hours if it's that great?
Lunch is my time and I'm looking to zone out from work. Unfortunately, there are a lot of roles like ops where they can't just be off the phones for X time.
maybe they will make an exception for a bootlicker class, if you offer to teach it. you are an expert on that topic.
So youre mentally incapable of working a full 8 hr day? May wanna leave that off the old resume.
