It would be nice for them to actually define their expectation ie 10 hours a week maximum wfh (unless additional manager approval of course). Why can’t they ever just state what they are looking for. Anything over what? Over what time period? Weekly? Quarterly? There is never any criteria provided which leaves some to abuse and others scared to use at all.

I was on the...HR and the SVP confirmed that it is 14 days in a row of time to wfh in a location of your choice.

@a4 two weeks of non-occasional wfh time. Our SVP and HR confirmed together that provided your performance is where it needs to be, you can take up to two weeks in a row of time to wfh in a location of your choice. The location must meet JSOC requirements. Otherwise occasional wfh days are still permitted.
