Anyone knows severance information?

60 days (warn notice period) + tenure calc (see below) + bonus
0 to less than 2 full years = +4
2 years < 3 years = + 5 weeks
3 years < 4 years = + 6 weeks
4 years < 5 years = + 7 weeks
5 years < 6 years = + 8 weeks
6 years < 7 years = + 9 weeks
7 years < 8 years = + 10 weeks
years < 9 years = + 11 week
no longer with NetApp but, what I am hearing is 60 days regardless of years of service. And don't forget no more payout for accrued vacation since they went to "unlimited" PTO last year.

2 weeks standard, + 1 week for every year of service up to 10 years
Apparently they left access to your work laptop or computer to fill out forms for it
But didn't notify people or do a phone call from HR 5 minutes before you're locked out to then rush people to print and get forms before being locked out entirely
@a2 I got 12 weeks of severance for 13.5 years of service.
so 1 paycheck per 1 years of service?
60 days on payroll + 2 weeks per year spent at the company + bonus payout
