I've been averaging 38-40 badges every quarter. Especially in this one it's been tougher with snowstorms.
I just finished my yearly review and got overwhelmingly positive feedback but that doesn't really matter right.

@c3 You're not wrong, but half my team was put on PIP for having less than 45 days in office last quarter.

How do your badges help with customer sales and support? If they have no impact, what is the point. Means nothing.

@a2 Management is protected until someone with half a brain realizes that the tasks performed by management are perfect for AI to take over. Trying to replace customer facing roles with AI is just missing off the customers.

Dell doesn't give a sh-t about any rank & file employee or the horse they rode in on. Management is always protected, employees are always on the cut list.
