Curious on the pay cycle/schedule at Wells. Position is for product manager role—not certain if it’s on a bi-weekly or semi-monthly schedule? Coming from BoA the pay cycle was semi-monthly.
Thank you in advance!

OP has good instincts, not to trust the powers at be. They got the correct info here.
Why would you ask this type of question on a layoff site? That’s a question for the recruiter or hiring manager. You could also look it up once hired.
Probably closer to 15...
Product Manager? Don't do it. Run. Run as far away as possible. The insanity and paperwork that is generated and needs to be submitted it unbelievable. Don't get me started on the deadlines - those are insane as well. Every request is the top priority.
We were recently asked to create JIRA features and 40+ stories in our boards even if our APP was out of scope. So yes, we created and then closed/cancelled stories for no logical reason. Someone asked if one of our leaders was being paid a bonus based on initiatives and those JIRA stories.
That works—thanks for the heads up!
WF switched from bi-monthly to bi-weekly about 25 years ago.
