Why not L1 visa 100K . L1 has unlimited visas

Some forgot to tell him their are other visa which have no limit and keep abused like L1 T1 why those not have hefty fee ?
H1 are just 65000 per year across whole world but L1 is infinite

This fee does seem to be targeting a certain class of worker, but is most likely to result in increased offshoring.

Like it or not, the US kids don't like to math. TikToc is more fun and who doesn't want to be an influencer anyway?

No, it's actually correct, the number of approved L1 visa petitions has been around 70,000 to 80,000 annually, except during COVID.

The difference is in the nationality composition.

H1Bs are 73%-74% India (over 70% in the past 15 years), while L1s are 25% India.

Followed by the UK, Brazil, Mexico and China: (with 5,000 to 6,000 per country), and there rest is Japan, Germany, and France.

The L1 requires a prior relationship, while the H1B does not. Because India has been gaining the H1B system, a lot of companies have been using L1 to get in. They have to hire the person in country first, then apply for L1 (it also has expedite GC process).

L1's, I believe, have more restrictions. Aren't they targeting management?
