@a1 Can you run for president? You're a mega genius! Is your name Sway?

@a2 for vice-prez?

Nothing to see here - all legal, it's an opinion and those are good as gospel here at Ford!

@cb You are associated to an institution that respects your ethos after standing up to Ford? That makes it world class instead of world a-s

@b5 at will employment can also hurt the employee. To those of you who end up leaving to other jobs, I suggest forgoing the standard two weeks notice and give them a two minutes notice instead.

@cb To follow the interactive process sometimes admits something they don't want to acknowledge.

@c9 they did to me, lied to hr, fabricated PRs, interfered with FMLA leave, did not follow the interactive process.

I called out leadership and then was a target. At least I still have my integrity and an esteemed position in a world class institution that respects my abilities and ethos.

@c8 they dont even give pips, just humiliate you on PRs riddled with lies. contesting it is embarassing itself. you work hard to get slayed because of politics. carrot and stick but you never get a carrot, just a surprise. they keep you on your toes.

It should be illegal but unfortunately it’s not. If there was multiple ADA accommodations mishaps and FMLA interference then you may have a case.

I would encourage everyone to document everything regarding performance once PEP’s rollout. My manager did not have notes about why I was out on the PEP besides my performance reviews. Even those were embarrassingly subjective.

I'm sorry, I truly am, but this company doesn't have the best of intentions and it's hurt us all of us over the last few years.

No lawsuits. We are all At Will employees. Ford can fire us for any reason. If you get on management’s bad side, they will set you up and document business reasons for the layoff/firing. Don’t waste time thinking you have a lawsuit. Ford can also do rankings any way they want.

Why ask here? If you think you have a case then go see an employment lawyer
