Omnissa has the same problem as VMware. Too many middle managers: manager> sr manager> director>sr director > vp> sr vp lol
these positions need to be scrubbed or downgraded like how they did at broadcom. These positions incur a lot of cost and are always larping and flying around the globe.

@dc too many people in marketing and many who don’t contribute very much but still the insistence that it’s a small team. KKR probably wants to cut the team but unfortunately only the favorites will be tapped to stay

I agree that Renu and her direct reports are a waste of headcount that could be applied in other parts of the company. Her team meetings demonstrate our lack of GTM progress.

Remove useless VP of HR, marketing, 5 VPs in R&D and couple in PM. You wont miss anything.
Many directors under Jared should be cut, along with Jared and several directors and CTO. However, the senior architects who truly understand the product and other technologies should be retained. This decision will significantly reduce costs for the company and enhance morale.
